how do u get soilders like orchish swordman, orchish slurbow, and Mounted Crossbowman? Is it in the cavary barrack or infantry or is it something different?

Depends of your race...these troops belongs to Orcs race.
In infantry you create Orchish swordman an slurbow.
At the cavalry barrack you create mounted crossbowman.
